Shipping policy

Shipping within the Netherlands

Orders are processed before dispatch. Typical delivery is 7–15 business days after dispatch, although delivery times are estimates and delays can occur.

Standard shipping within the Netherlands costs €6.95. Shipping is free for orders of €55 or more.

Order tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order has shipped. Some orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Address changes and delays

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible at hello@riotfitness.nl if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed.

RIOT is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
